1. Entity & Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inoternal Solutions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), operating the commercial brand and website Tumu Forge (tumuforge.com). By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or interacting with our CRM tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Commercial Services & Payments

All web engineering, CRM integration, automation, and consulting engagements booked through tumuforge.com are contracted with and fulfilled by Inoternal Solutions. Payment transactions processed through our payment gateways (including Paystack and Stripe) may appear on your billing or credit card statement under the descriptor TUMU FORGE, TUMUFORGE.COM, or INOTERNAL SOLUTIONS.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full settlement of project invoices, Inoternal Solutions transfers 100% full ownership of custom website deliverables, codebases, and domain configurations to the client. Proprietary agency templates, starter frameworks, and internal CRM automation toolings remain the intellectual property of Inoternal Solutions.

4. Invoicing & Due Dates

Invoices issued through our platform are due according to the date specified on the invoice document. Invoices not settled within the designated period may be subject to service pauses or late processing fees as outlined in your individual service agreement.
